Pan-Pass is one of the leading anti-counterfeit enterprises in China and the creator and promoter of code anti-counterfeit technique.
In 1995, Pan-Pass was the first to introduce digital ID management technique into the anti-counterfeit sector, invented digital anti-counterfeiting technique and started the industrialization process of digital information anti-counterfeiting in China.
In 1996, the project was formally named Nationwide Code-Telephone Anti-counterfeit System Project by the relevant state ministry and commission and the headquarters of the project is located at Pan-Pass to start promoting the technique around the whole country.
In 1997, the first batch of code anti-counterfeit users formally joined Pan-Pass code anti-counterfeit network.
In 1997-1998, the project was listed as a State-Level Torch Program Project, Key State-Level Torch Program Project and High-tech Industrialization Demonstration Project successively.
In 1998, Pan-Pass Code-Telephone Anti-counterfeit Technique was listed as a state-level protection technique with confidential period of 15 years by Ministry of Science and Technology and State Secrecy Administration.

In 1998-2000, Pan-Pass introduced its anti-counterfeit enquiry platform with a nationwide uniform number that covers over 220 medium and large cities around China. The platform involves a total investment of over RMB30 million.
In 2001, Pan-Pass code anti-counterfeit network accepted the 1000th user.
In 2001, Pan-Pass introduced code anti-counterfeiting into the logistics management sector, expanded its applications into new fields, and successfully won its first batch of international consumers.
In 2002, entrusted by Standardization Administration of China, Pan-Pass organized to prepare the national standard for code anti-counterfeiting as the first drafter C Technical Conditions for Computer C Multi-media Digital Information Anti-counterfeit.
In 2004, Pan-Pass code anti-counterfeit network ushered in its 2000th user.
