Security Graphical Patterns
Security graphical pattern designing is as important as anti-counterfeit medium (raw material) and printing technologies. Theses are three key technical factors in anti-counterfeit printing.
Technical features
The graphical patterns are structured with lines and printed with specific colors, the effects of which can not be reproduced by copiers or scanners.
Medallion: different floral patterns structured with lines in varied ways
Lace: the decorative graphical frame at the edge of a printed work pieced together by medallions or other graphical elements.
Emboss: the graphical patterns with relief effect emerged from shading of the printed work
Latent image: the graphical information hidden in the security line which can be observed from a specific angle. The intaglio latent printing technology comes from the banknote printing technology. You may feel the unevenness when touching.
Common micro-printing: tiny characters and dots or lines formed by these characters which can be seen with naked eyes with an effort.
Special micro-printing: very tiny characters which can be seen under microscope (³30X). Dots or lines formed by these characters can not be seen with naked eyes.
Split line: split a line of certain fineness into two or more lines and form different kinds of graphical patterns with these lines.
Pattern splicing: splice left edge and right edge (or upper edge and lower edge) of the printed work to obtain a complete shading pattern.
Application
It is applicable to anti-counterfeit of 2D and paper packaging product. |
