Case I: practical application in a transnational food enterprise

Introduction to the enterprise:
The enterprise has a high automation in production and information management. The enterprise concentrates the production in Guangzhou factory and the production workshop adopts the full automatic packing production line; there are 9 large logistic warehouses all over China and the inventory information and delivery information in all the warehouses are managed by the WMS (warehouse management system).

Practical application:
Full automatic production line: combing the existing full automatic packing production line, adopt automatic label-affixing machine to affix digital anti-fake label with one dimensional bar code on the case and box separately; use the industrial bar code acquisition device to collect the bar code data on the case and box and establish the corresponding relation of the data between the case and box by the industrial control computer; use the automatic fault-tolerance processing and automatic alarm processing software inside the industrial computer to correct and process the faults during the process of data acquisition; use the automatic unloading software inside the industrial computer to unload the data acquired and with the established corresponding relation to enterprise data center and Pan-pass data center.

Large logistic warehouse:
Install wireless acquisition system in large logistic warehouse and Pan-pass PTM client terminal software in its computer; automatically download the delivery order in the WMS(warehouse management system) and transfer them into hand-held wireless bar collector; deliver the goods as per the order and collect the one-dimensional bar code on the case and box; input the collected data, through wireless transmission system, into the warehouse computer and automatically upload them to enterprise data center and Pan-pass data center.

Results:
Through the integrated restructuring of the full automatic production and the large logistic warehouse, the enterprise has successfully realized the digital management to each product and the digital tracing of the market falsifying goods, without lowering the production efficiency and delivery efficiency.

Benefits:
Over the two years after the enterprise has used system, the falsifying has been effectively curbed. Thanks to the control of the falsifying, the sales rises in the two consecutive years have amount to more than 10%. So the project has been appraised as excellent global project by the transnational food enterprise and the head of the project has won the highest prize-global prize presented by the group headquarters in U.S.A.
