Case II. Practical application in a large pharmacy enterprise

Basic information:
The enterprise has a relatively lower automation and general information management. For the production line, adopt manual packing; the factory directly delivers the goods to the salesman and the inventory information and delivery information in the warehouse are managed by WMS (warehouse management system).

Practical application:
Manual packing production line: combining the existing manual packing line, we provide the enterprise with the set labels with the established corresponding relation between case and box (bar code data) according to the packing size of the product, and affix the label on the outer packing of the case and box during the packing process by hand.

Warehouse:
Install Pan-pass PTM client terminal software on the warehouse computer; automatically download the delivery order in the WMS(warehouse management system) and transfer them into the hand-held wireless bar collector; deliver the goods as per the order and collect the one-dimensional bar code on the case and box; input the collected data into the warehouse computer to generate the data; the generated data will be automatically uploaded to Pan-pass data center.

Results:
Through the two simple working procedures, the enterprise has successfully realized the digital management to each product and the digital tracing of the market falsifying goods, without lowering the production and delivery efficiency.

Benefits:
Over the five years after the enterprise has used system, the falsifying has been effectively curbed. The sales order in key markets have been recovered, so the salesmen are more active to promote the products and sales volume in the key markets maintains high increase.
