Case III. The practical application in a large shoe-making enterprise

Basic information:
The enterprise has a relatively lower automation production and information management. For production line, adopt manual packing; the factory directly delivers the goods to the salesmen. Due to many size and pattern of the products, the enterprise prepares the goods as per the order, and then packs and delivers the goods. The inventory information and delivery information in the warehouse are managed by hand-the traditional method.

Practical application:
Warehouse: combining the situation of the enterprise, we provide the enterprise with 1:10000 set labels (there are 10000 labels in each bag of label, and a sales information list with a group of bar code is attached). The enterprise specially made a label rack in the warehouse for placing the labels used in the different sales zone. When each bag of label is opened, first fill in the sales information list inside the bag, then place the labels in the corresponding rack, and deliver the sales information list to special information management personnel who shall input the bard code into the computer by hand to set the sales zone. In case of delivery, prepare the goods as per the order and get the labels of the corresponding the sales zone and paste them on each product and deliver them after packing them.

Results:
Through the two simple working procedures, the enterprise has successfully realized the digital management to each product and the digital tracing of the market falsifying goods, without lowering the production and delivery efficiency.

Benefits:
Over the four years after the enterprise has used system, the falsifying has been effectively curbed. The price system in the markets has been recovered, so the salesmen are more active to promote the products and invest more money in the regional market and sales volume of the enterprise increases in a gradual way.
